Speaker Biography:
Danny M. Goldberg
Danny M. Goldberg is the founder and Managing Partner of SOFT GRC. Danny has over 13 years of audit experience in the Dallas Fort Worth area, including five as an Audit Director/Chief Auditor at two diverse companies. He has the rare experience of being an integral part/leading the Year 1 SOX Compliance efforts at three companies in the DFW area. Additionally, he has assisted in leading the establishment of three internal audit/SOX departments.
Prior to founding SOFT GRC, Danny was the Director of SOX Compliance and Corporate Audit at Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, where he led the Year 1 SOX Compliance efforts. Danny is also the former Chief Auditor of Tyler Technologies and began his career at Arthur Anderson.
Danny has published numerous times in trade magazines, including the cover article in this summer’s Audit Report titled How the Recession is Changing Internal Audit, the October issue of theInternal Auditor titled CAEs as A/C Members: It Just Makes Sense and the December issue of New Perspectives titled Optimized Audit Report Writing.
